I booked on the day of arriving (weekday) within a hour I had all the information needed for entry. Rooms were clean. BBQ grill, cooking utensils, kayaks, rowboat and bicycles are there to enjoy. Property is on a private road so there is very little traffic and noise was non-existent. The lady on property was so sweet and made my stay that much more enjoyable. If you enjoy being outside, you will see deer, they are everywhere and will walk up to you. Nature at its finest, so pleasant. Sign on property says feeding or touching deer is unlawful and can be fined or even jailed. I seen several enjoying baby carrots 🤔

A very tranquil location. Upscale construction that doesn't seem quite finished. There are bikes and kayaks on site for guests. Located right on the water but the beach is not swimmable due to shallow water and limestone/reefs. A very lite Continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good location if you are looking for peace and quiet. .

Very nice place on the beach. Wendy was very responsive and helpful on the phone and text prior to, and during our stay. Key Deer wander this laid back conmunity. Treehouse private village was our room, it was quirky, cute, and romantic. There was some maintenance activity on the premises during our stay, but it wasn't disturbing.

Good to be in front of the water, nice staff clean room, good that we can borrow bike and kayaks. We were surprised to receive two different messages almost at the same time after we checked it, one was that we would get breakfast and the other was the breakfast would be canceled. In the advertisement it's written that there is Seaview from the room but actually the room is on the top of the hose with two windows on the roof, no view at all.. We were disappointed

Great spot away from the tourists

We stayed in the Ocean room and it was fantastic! A walk out to the beach with your morning coffee or evening beverage couldn't be better. You can watch the Key Deer walk right by! (Don't forget it's illegal to feed them. That's for their own good folks) Wendy whips up a plentiful and tasty breakfast. The AC worked great and the bed was super comfortable. You can snorkel just a few miles away at horseshoe beach or Bahia Honda beach. We look forward to coming back next year!

I wish I had known, and this is my fault for not knowing that the Keys beaches aren't usable. We tried to kayak once but the beach was so rocky so far out that it was difficult, swimming was impossible. The location was very quiet and not touristy like Key West, which is what we were looking for. The breakfast was abysmal (packaged bagels, yogurt and cold cereal), I've had better at a Best Western. The location is right on the Atlantic and parking is free and easy. The treehouse is rustic and has a shower the size of a submarine shower and bring your own body soap. But its nice and private and separate from the main building. The key deer visit nightly and are adorable. If you want to read a book in the sun or shade and watch the sea all day, this is a nice place to do it.

The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that. Check in was a little challenging; I did not receive the e-mail day before check-in that I was expecting but did receive a phone call. However, that came up on my caller ID as Calvo Construction so I thought it was a spam call. So we were stressed out about check in and payment which is made just prior to arrival via a link sent by phone.

Private, paying for the location for sure. Right on the beach. My husband saw one key deer. Unfortunately the room we had was in the main house upstairs and was not meant for a 5'6" and a 6'1 couple. Ceilings low in the bathroom area. No privacy for toilet either so ideal for 1 person but not 2.
