"If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would! It was amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean and everything was so new and fresh. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated. It's in a very convenient location, close to the market and walking distance to lots of the sites, bars and restaurants. "

El único problema es que la entrada al estacionamiento es "tricky" y me costó un poquito de trabajo navegar las calles del centro de Bilbao, algunas que no parecen ni siquiera calles 5 estrellas en definitiva"

"Check in was difficult. We had no idea what to do to get into our room. We finally called expedia who called the the Casual property where two young women were able to help us. Then the door to the room would not open and we had to go back to get one of the women to help. The lock was jammed and there continued to be times when it stuck room 108. Overall we are quite happy despite the frustrating beginning."

"Group of 8 friends using 4 rooms. Found the hotel to be very clean and in great location by river splitting old and new town. Square with restaurants/bars is 1 min away. Rooms seemed quiet despite its central location next to main road. Highly recommended."
