"Room could have been much cleaner. Restaurant was very unorganized. I wanted a coffee to go, server realized no one had restocked the to go cups. Wanted to pay with cash, server realized there was no money in cash register. Second day, server didn't know how to make coffee. At dinner, there were only a few things to eat from the whole menu because someone forgot to put in the order for restocking of food. Hotel charged my credit card $130 for no reason on top of the $400 hold for two rooms...
