We walked all over the surrounding streets, happened onto “Tea & Sympathy” a British style tea shop to rest our feet. The hotel has a cozy lounge where you can sit by a gas fire and relax watching the guests come in and out. "

"Location is perfect for easy travel around the city, even with kids; it’s right above grand central station and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is clean and modern however I had to call every single day for additional towels as they would often only 1 or 2 towels total. Also, although there are multiple elevators, there was always a line and a long wait time. The hotel also doesn’t offer a workspace area but they offer charging you a fee for a private space to use if needed. Restaurant on-sure doesn’t offer kids options but easy walk to many food stands in grand central station. "

"The staff was very friendly. The rooms were cute and clean. And the hotel was very centrally located. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but I personally didn’t mind."
