"Always nice to stay here , very convenient location. Always lovely meals also., call in for meal everytine Only downfall is bit noisey especially with line marking 3 am. And can’t use horrible earplugs provided "

"Easy check in and comfortable. Hot water and cold water were not marked and the hot water was very slow to come out so it was inconvenient to wait for five minutes wasting water until the hot water came out. To make matters worse I was informed at check-in in rather officious manner to keep the door closed and the vent switched on or the fire alarm will be set off. As if I was all ready culpable. There was a sign on the bathroom door reinforcing this and a possible fine of $800. Waiting in the cold bathroom in the early morning for ten minutes to step into the shower was uncomfortable. The problem should be fixed by the hotel management and the paying guests should not have to worry about this problem. Other than this rather large annoyance I had no complaints."
