"Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! "

"This property should be taken off the site, the owner never showed up to allow access to the property, no email. I was left with two children and my wife wondering what to do. The support line was unresponsive and I had to book from another site. "

"Had a terrible experience with this property manager. Changed the location of the our stay. We arranged an extra night then the manager changed his mind at 11pm the night before and we had to leave in the morning with very little notice. He said he would reimburse us as we had already paid. He did not. Promised he would and did not. I would stay far away from this loser."

"Our booking with this property was cancelled in the afternoon of our weekend in Birmingham. We had already parked our car outside it. We, and VRBO had been trying to get hold of the owner all morning to no avail, then we had an email saying the booking was cancelled due to a conflict with house rules. We wasted four hours of our weekend away trying to sort out this booking and then booking a new hotel. I won’t be booking with VRBO again."
