"The guest house is lovely and clean, the rooms were spotless and have everything you need, also plenty of information about Inverness and the surrounding area. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of choice on the menu. The host was very welcoming and helpful. When I return to Inverness I will definitely stay again."

"The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. It is centrally located with easy access to restraunts, coffee shops, stores, and transit. A lovely place to stay."

"Beautifully decorated room! They thought of every little detail with fresh milk for tea and refillable bottled water in the fridge. Spacious room and very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!"

"Nice stay"

"This is a nice place conveniently located in downtown area. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Accommodations were modest but nice and comfy. Parking was very tight and limited. Breakfast was good. FYI - it is located on a very very busy street."
