Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Club.

The main level includes a generous butler's pantry to help keep you perfectly organized during your stay, plus an expansive laundry room with storage cubbies for all your vacation gear. You'll appreciate ample parking and access to a gas grill.

The primary suite, appointed with a KING BED, is located on the main floor with sumptuous, ensuite bath and modern glass-enclosed shower reminiscent of a chic spa in the heart of Paris. Upstairs you'll find 2 elegant and gracious guest rooms appointed with QUEEN beds and a shared hall bath that is cool and serene. You'll find smart, flat-screen TVs in the main living space as well as in each bedroom and you'll appreciate the technology designed for the demands of today's connected travelers with a desire to work remotely if need.

River's Edge is PET-FRIENDLY and enjoys a great location in Moreland Village. you're just a short walk or bike ride from the Canteen eatery, The Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, the Moreland fire-pit and the walking & biking trails that wind along picturesque tidal creeks. You'll enjoy the easy access to nearby Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions. Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, but River's Edge is located just 4 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around the fire pit. Exploring all that is offered in Palmetto Bluff is a breeze and you can bike the extensive trail system that connects to the popular amenities around the resort. WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
