She couldn’t get it to work either but brought us a heater which warmed the room very quickly. She was very good & came back later to check it had warmed up. "We often pick the graduate because we love the atmosphere, river views and location. Room was great as always.. Until we dropped something and looked under the bed.. Could do with a hoover. Other than that and the lack of black pudding.. The usual perfect stay. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. The balcony was bonus, even in December. "
