"In all our travels, this was the apartment that had all of the amenities as well as small items which made your stay much more enjoyable. The hosts met us and showed us everything about the apartment and parking and made sure we were fully settled before they would leave us. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber zentral im Ort gelegen, und mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Puerto de la Cruz, San Cristóbal de La Laguna oder Santa Cruz. "The property was very clean and well maintained . Linen was changed every day. Lovely and fresh. The Iberostar app was very useful and easy to use. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of selection, even a menu to choose from if you wished. We stayed 5 nights and ate in the pool Resturant twice. Once being part of the gastrospa experience. We also ate in the menencey Resturant which was very good. Sheila our waitress that evening was lovely. My only thing would be the lighting inside the hotel in the Resturants is a bit bright and maybe in the evening Resturant some soft music would be nice."
