I was in one room and later in the real suite. The real suite is really nice and I like it very much. I would suggest to get rid of the carpet in the one room. The area is quite safe and vibrant with night life if you enjoy it. Walking alone at night is not a problem. Colombia has become pretty safe it seems.

This hotel is fault advertising. Guess has to ring the bell and wait for receptionist to open the door to enter the hotel, but the receptionist was hiding somewhere, never be at the lobby. Breakfast of the is bad. The whole staff and hotel NEED TO RENOVATE AND RETRAIN TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. This “ Suits” which is NOT CALLED “ SUITS “ this hotel is like Motel. The bottom line is this property is faked advertisement

The best thing about the property is the people who work there! I love every one of them! They are amazing! The cook was fantastic and I enjoyed every day delicious breakfast! But, It looks like my expectation about my room was not met. In a picture it was one room, in reality, it was not even close! The window didn't have a handle to close it, so fresh air was always in my room. I was expecting a bottle of spirit for each room, but I didn't receive anything! No hammock or kitchen in my room either.

Very cold place .. I mentioned it but nothing was done about it. Need a jacket for going to breakfast and a jumper in the room.. had to ask to change to towels otherwise the leave the same one for few days.. dust is never cleaned.. the gym has 2 machines full of dust and the gym room is no clean and full of dust!!noice due to renovations very early in the morning ..front desk poeple never ask if anything needed. I booked with buffet breakfast but I ve been told that there is buffet only when there is a certain number of guest in the hotel and where there is it’s a poor light buffet..but the service at breakfast was great..I didn’t enjoy it and won’t return there.. they don’t offer /deliver what we see online .. very disappointed.,

Decent for Budget Travelers

We booked the Grand Suite but were given a different, smaller room. I let the front desk personnel know and we were moved immediately. The king bed in the suite was really bad. It sagged deeply in the middle and we folded into the uncomfortable middle as we slept each night. Not one good night of sleep for me. The television never worked. It never connected to the internet and we never were able to correct it even with help from staff. The internet was intermittent at best. The kitchen had 2 glass cups and nothing more. I would have expected plates, utensils, coffee maker, and paper towels. The location is very good. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic. Good value for the price but I will likely pay a higher price for a more comfortable stay on our next trip.

The price is one of the most affordable in the area. There is a big Argentinian community at the Hotel. As a asian person, I feel that they look down on me and they pay less attention to my request. The area is walkable to anywhere in Chapinero area. Very convenient place. Rooms a getting renovated and getting better. Rooms are too big that t feels like empty. The vibe is strange--- It could be better. I will stay somewhere else if I have a choice.
