"It was a very posh hotel room. New interior, great bathroom, and crisp fluffy bedding. It is INSIDE the international terminal so you do NOT have to go through customs to go there. The entrance to the hotel is literally right beside the "B" gates in International departures. We were leaving from gate B3 and it was right there. We stayed here during a long layover between international flights."

I checked in at this hotel expecting the receive fairly okay service but turned out to be bad experience, due to the loud music and the staffs seems to not care about customers.
