"Our overall experience was excellent. We did have a concern in the dining room on Saturday morning where a person brought in their small dog and was sitting on the bench seat next to other guest. The waitress bought over a dish of water for the dog to drink on the floor and the person requested it to be on the seat. Upon checking out the same dog was sitting on the counter and I had to ask to have the counter cleaned after the customer left. I am a dog lover and there is a little to pets in a hotel. This was not a service dog....it was a pet. Thank you for your time. "

"CLose to terminal 1 and an airport shuttle 24/7 every 30 minutes. There is nothing else around here but the aiport, getting to Niagra Falls was difficult and we had to Uber/Lyft our way back. "
