We arrived late to the hotel and they had already streamlined the check-in process so our wait time was minimal. The staff was attentive and helpful. We spent 4 days in Dubrovnik, got a rental car we could park at the hotel for no cost and explored the area on our own without having to pay for tours, all with the help of the concierge."
