Great NON-SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED..Easy to Get to, Short Drive To San Diego Fun

  • This is a cozy 1150 square foot 2 bedroom , 1full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a half bath as well, furnished condo in Bonita. Everything in Condo is NEW. There is a Laundry Room, Pool, and Outdoor Jacuzzi on site. There is also a dedicated parking spot for unit. ( Which in San Diego is a blessing) There is a starbucks, resturants, and grocery stores just down the road in Bonita as well as a golf course and walking / jogging trails. The condo is located off the 54 freeway. The property is a short drive to Downtown, Airport, Coronado, Lajolla, Zoo, Sea World, Point Loma, Beaches, Old Town, and all other sights San Diego offers. This is a Great place to stay and enjoy San Diego. There are air mattresses in front closet, as well as tv's and dvd players in both bedrooms and living room. The condo has basic cable, and is completely furnished with everything needed to accommodate stay. There is Pool, Laundry Room, and Jacuzzi access keys, as well as your dedicated covered labeled parking spot right down from the unit. The unit has very nice, plush queen mattress sets in each bedroom. There is also board games in unit for use, as well as small ice coolers to take to beach if needed. In the unit we also have beach towels and chairs to take to the beach if you would like. This is a quiet living area and as of 10 pm noise needs to be to a minimum out of respect for neighbors. Again there in absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS ALLOWED. To go and visit any sights in San Diego you are only a short drive to most all of them. Monday thru Friday 7am - 9am and 4pm till 6ish I would try and avoid being on freeways due to high traffic. (These are just my opinions on driving in San Diego Area) . If you want a Great place to stay at night, that is very nice and clean, this would be one to consider. The prices will change on Holidays and special events, that being said don't hesitate to contact me with questions.

Vacation stay

This is a beautiful vacation spot for a family or a couple. It’s very close to different beaches has a community pool. Joe is awesome with communication. Loved staying here

Bonita Condo

Enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, convenient parking. Its location was perfect for us. Host was very responsive.Nicely decorated, 4 adults had plenty of room. Jack and Jill shower had lots and lots of towels and shower products. Nice.

Great San Diego Location

This is our second time staying and we will definitely be back. The apartment is large, well appointed, extremely clean & comfortable. Centrally located, it’s a short drive to the beach, the Zoo, Balboa Park, and Sea World

Good central location

We spent 4 days in San Diego. We were about 20 minutes from everything. A grocery store and restaurants close by. Host was very responsive to text and good to answer questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and making us feel truly welcomed. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our large family to feel comfortable. It was spacious, well-kept, and perfect for our gathering. The only small downside was that it did get a bit warm inside during the day, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great stay!

Joe was amazing and always available for any questions, and so personable. We will def be using this property any time we travel have to San Diego. Great location and very clean, also had all the accommodations and items you may have forgotten to pack. Very enjoyable experience.

Great stay!

Lovely, well maintained and clean condo. It had many amenities and much more. We also liked the designated parking spot which was a plus. I would also like to share that Joe was very friendly and would answer any questions we had.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Chula Vista. It was incredibly comfortable, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of space and great amenities. The location was perfect, just a short drive to everything we wanted to do, in a safe and quiet area. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi and it was quiet and peaceful at night. We slept great in the comfortable beds.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Joe was so accommodating and easy to reach, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Good place for families to stay in San Diego

This condo was a nice place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. It is very close to CA-94 as well as I-5 and the 805 so you're not too far from any of the major attractions in San Diego. Condo was clean and serviceable for a large family to cook meals in. There is also a pool in the complex which my children enjoyed during some down time parts of the trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay.

Amazing

This place was so cute and roomy! My kids and I felt like home! Joe was great with all communication and made our experience a memorable one! Everything is also so close to San Diego.. no more than about a 15 min drive! 5STAR RATING!!!

Very nice

I actually had family members check it out before renting. Joe was great. We locked the key inside on the very first day and he got us back in. We very even able to extend out stay a few days.

Great for our family!

We stayed 7 nights and the accomadations were excellent. We played hard everyday then came home to a quiet place that truly started to feel like home. Joe was great and quick to get back to us on any questions. There were beach towels, a beach bag, chairs, toys and small coolers that we used daily as we explored San Diego. We loved San Diego and our home away from home!Thanks Joe!

Host Makes the Stay

The complex the unit is in is right off a major highway but is very quiet with plenty of friendly neighbors around. The assigned parking space is a short walk from the bottom floor unit. A well maintained and very clean space greeted us as we easily navigated the arrival and entry process. The unit has comfy couches in the main space and queen beds (rare bonus) in both rooms. Double bathrooms was a huge help for multiple families. A simple kitchen and dining area makes for cost savings by cooking over dining out. Overall, I would consider staying here again if I were to visit.

The place is clean, the problem is my daughter is special need and the bathtub doesn’t have hand held shower and it hard for me, and there is not smart Tv for watching you tube for my daughter. Joe is very good with communication and very prompt the response. It’s nice place, but I think it may not best place for us.

great place to stay in San Diego

Joe was amazing even before we arrived - he gave me all of the check-in info we needed and even checked-in with us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was okay. My son was so comfortable on the couch we didn't even use the air mattresses, and all of the other extras (day-trip backpack we used for the zoo, beach towels we used at the pool, games for the family, etc.) were very-much appreciated. Joe was readily available throughout our stay, and even recommended some great activities and restaurants (even though we didn't have time to take advantage of them). Overall, this was definitely a great place for my family and if we ever make it to the San Diego area again, we'll try to stay here!

My stay was very peaceful. I didnt hear neighbors or cars zooming by. Loved the updated amenities and soaker tub. Access to wifi, pool and laundry. Quick access to freeway and other San Diego attractions within 30 minutes drive. Loved the the shops within the area neighborhood too, Big thanks to property Owner Joe for recommending some amazing eateries around the corner. Parking was not an issue and i felt secured and safe coming and going. Condo was stocked with everything that i could have possibly needed from the stores. I will keep this property on my future trip board to revisit again when im out in San Diego again.

Outstanding experience just when needed!

We needed to be in the Bonita, CA, area to attend to a family medical emergency for an extended period. With so many things requiring our attention, logistics seemed daunting. Not so with this property! The entire experience was completely frictionless, worry-free, and accommodating. From the moment we booked the property until my wife locked the door for the final time behind her, our every need was exceeded. We had a living space where the challenges of the day could be cast aside and our minds made right for the day ahead. The owner was attentive, open, and available in everything: I mean everything! We were blessed to find this property and cannot recommend it highly enough. It will be our first option every time we come back to Bonita for family.

The Host was excellent. He wants to make sure everything is ok, and he's very detailed and ensures communication is clear. The place was conveniently close to everything: the airport, stores, and other attractions.

Great for families

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was nicely updated & thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs & towels. Kids also spent time in the pool and hot tub. The unit is well located and approximately 15-20 minutes to many attractions. Lastly, the owner, Joe, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing vacation! Joe was very accommodating and his home has everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The location feels very safe and homey. We would absolutely come again!

Amazing and felt right at home

The place was the perfect size with everything we needed from dishes to the smallest detail of a sewing kit, very quiet, very clean and very comfortable

More than what we expected

This was our first time ever using. VRBO and we didn’t know what to expect. What eased our type A personalities was the immaculate communication with Joe. My wife and I had a few questions before, and during our stay and each time we had immediate friendly and professional communication and that was wonderful. Joe was always super helpful and accommodating during our stay. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. It was extremely comfortable and it was located right off the freeway which made it easy to get on the highway and go! Joe made our stay in San Diego a memorable for years to come. We will definitely book again with Joe when we return!
