We hired a tour guide through the concierge desk, Newton, to show us around Lapa, Santa Theresa, etc. He was excellent, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very happy with our experiences at the Hilton Copacabana Beach!"

"I loved this hotel! Everything was perfect but the only negative I can say is that the key card wasn’t working sometimes. They were nice about letting us leave our card with the front desk so we’d just pick it up before heading to the room. "
