We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. "The actual home is great. Amenities and cleanliness. The house taker and in home maid and very thoughtful and helpful. The only big issue was that the listing is shown with a wrong address. This caused more travel time to/from where we wanted to be. "
