Traffic is noisy underneath so would not recommend to light sleepers unless they have ear plugs, but was not a bother to us. Staff was not friendly (except for the house keeper). "Got food poisoning, hotel is not as advertised-it’s old and not well maintained, staff was rude, check out time was not communicated properly, room was missing all towels at arrival, unable to sleep due to loud music outside of room until 6am every night, air conditioner was not working properly and made loud noise, room toilet leaking water on floor, used eyelash stuck on mirror in the room’s bathroom, rude towel pick-up/return staff, food was not good and caused me to have food poisoning and had to go to the doctor for antibiotics, pools were overcrowded and dirty, activities and amenities not well explained, did not feel overall welcome at all…horrible experience all together."
