Traffic is noisy underneath so would not recommend to light sleepers unless they have ear plugs, but was not a bother to us. Staff was not friendly (except for the house keeper). "Desk Staff really good, I had issues trying to buy something, normally hotels have a restaurant, that people can dine in this one was only for the all inclusive, i cudnt even buy a drink there was no service at all and everyone looked confused if i was trying to buy a drink or a burger for my kids i had to get changed get out of the hotel and find something else on the strip. Kinda annoying. "
