"We stayed here while attending the Earl Scruggs Music Festival at TIEC. It was a good value, especially compared to the on site options. It is a short distance to TIEC, but it is a drive, not a walk, which wasn't a problem. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and the A/C worked well. There are two bathrooms in the adjacent building that were clean and convenient. In this building, there was also a refrigerator and Keurig type coffee maker. Two criticisms: 1. The bed was a large king-sized air mattress (which in fairness, we knew from the listing), but my husband found it uncomfortable. 2. The grounds were a little unkempt - leaves, debris, etc., on the decks. While this did not detract from our stay, it would have appeared more welcoming if the decks had been recently blown off. Overall, a good stay - I would stay again, but would prefer a regular mattress."

"Excellent communication with Sarah from beginning of booking process through check out. GREAT location for TIEC! Only suggestion would be a new mattress on sofa couch. Very old and no support. But I had plenty of blankets to pad it! Will definitely stay here next year! Thanks, Sarah!"
