"This hotel was just as charming as I'd hoped it would be. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We also upgraded to Executive Level to take advantage of the 7th floor lounge for evening cocktails, and that was a great decision. Great location, just a couple minutes from the Queens Street train station, as well as many restaurants and shops. Hotel staff was beyond friendly and kind."

But the hotel had accommodated our request for a quiet area and to have our rooms close to each other. Rooms had everything we needed and it was a fantastic location and reasonable price. Tesco within 2 mins walk was very handy. 24-hour reception was helpful. No issues and would stay again."
