"All staff were very pleasant and helpful, except for the check-in person at the desk on the afternoon on Sat., 4th of July. Granted it was a holiday and people would rather be off and enjoying the family and festivities, but we all have worked holidays and maintained a cordial/pleasant demeanor throughout our work day. The person said to us, "the elevator is that way and you are on the blank floor". No info given on where the parking areas were. The room was great. Hallways and Ice room was worn looking; no vending machines in the room that was marked for such. (We weren't interested anyway, but the sign still said vending.) Would we return, yes."
