"Staff were great and friendly. Hotel location is great if you have kids as they can run around on the large grounds which my boys loved. Hotel room which was a family room was a great size and lots of space. Only down side is that it is dated and does need looking at, the beds were well used and not very comfortable. Small details that could be fixed easily like broken soap dispenser, rip in the curtains and hanging off the rail in a couple of areas."

"Hugely disappointed with the male receptionist who gave me an adjoining room on two occasions despite me specifically not asking for one. Second time he gave me the room knowingly without advising me that it was still adjoining and when questioned the next day, told me that was the last of the rooms. When I asked him why he didn’t tell me that at the point of giving me the key so I could have gone elsewhere to stay, he was unapologetic and just didn’t respect the fact he’d lied to me and that I’d not slept all night. This was due to a previous scary experience at an alternative hotel and the fact I could hear the guy next door snoring and making awful noises all night. I barely slept and had to wedge a chair against the door handle out of paranoia. Tbh I should have received a full refund for purposely being misled and an apology."
