"Very helpful and considerate staff team, fantastic breakfast with masses of choice, very clean and comfortable."

"We only stayed one night and wished we had booked more. Spotless clean room, great staff, good food; beautiful property. Location was excellent and just a short walk to downtown and the cathedral! Would definitely return!"

"A lovely olde time hotel full of character. Ensure your expectations are ready for that and you will be very happy!"

"Lovely stay, great room and restaurants"

"This is one room in a two bed one bath apartment with a small kitchen. You’ll potentially share the space with one other/couple. I had the place to myself this fall. Front bedroom is cozy and cheerful. Small space heater keeps it extra toasty! Nice to have a kitchen to store food in fridge and heat it up. Kitchen is lightly stocked with some teas, breads, fruit…There’s also a washer in the kitchen, quite handy. Also a dryer out back but couldn’t quite figure that out with Barry. My clothes...

"A low grade place pretending to be upscale. Unhelpful staff, water damaged bathroom, stained carpet, rabit warren layout, seemingly miles walk to my room. An ok butter chicken dinner in the bar."

"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be...

"Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed."

"Apex is a very nice hotel, conveniently located in the City of London. Super close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, just a block away from a tube station. Easy to access anywhere in London from here. Clean hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff. Would definitely return in the future."

"Very handy location to transport options, food and entertainment. The capsules were very comfy for the size. The lounge area downstairs had vending machines with snacks and drinks and even a part to pull your own pint. Will be keeping it in mind for future short trips to london (this was a two night stay for work)"

"I was very disappointed by the Rembrandt. It was very expensive for the condition of the hotel and amenities We had problems with the hot water, our first night it was luke warm. We found the next day that hot water came through the shower but it was very badly regulated it went from tepid to scalding so had to be very cautious. Also the handle cover was broken and my partner caught there hand on the sharp plastic turning off the shower The charging point on the lamp was broken and we had no...
