"We arrived quite late in the evening, greeted by a wonderful female staff member Emilie, who checked us in. She was attentive and helpful—even charming—making for a fine start to our stay. Once we reached our room, however, the floor seemed unvacuumed. The bedding was overly starched, with no choice in pillow firmness or softness. I had to wipe the side table because of a sticky substance. The bathroom shower had empty, unopened bottles of shower gel & shampoo, plus a dated decor, all of which...

"Room cleanliness wasn’t great. Cobwebs everywhere and dirty windows and sills. Bathroom could do with an update."

"From the outside the buildings look lovely, the room was very spacious but very dated (furniture, bed, tiles, shower etc) its clear that some work is being done to the hotel. Check in was simple and our keys were in a lock box (fab idea) The room had everything, kettle, cups, ironing board, iron, trouser press, heater, fan, hairdryer. Plenty of parking, close to the train station. Breakfast was included in the price, it was continental but you could order hot food for an extra cost. The staff...

"Less than a mile and quite scenic walk along the canal to the train station. Not many shops are open past 1800 most days including weekends so food and shopping options are a bit limited. Overall nice place to stay."

"It was too overpriced for the overall quality. At least it had a bed and a bathroom with toilet. However, pricing is ridiculous for what it offers."

"The room was spacious and clean with a very large double bed. The bar was very reasonably priced and the breakfast was excellent"

"No where to cool down and almost fell on to the floor because of heatstroke."

"Stairs were very steep but staff helped with suitcases"

"Fabulous hotel, great location, recommended for a stay in a nice part of London."

"Easy self check-in. Clean environment, amazing stay."

"I stayed there from September 27th to 29th with two friends, and it was GREAT! :) The staff were extremely friendly and available 24/7. You could ask them for anything you needed. Breakfast included eggs and bacon, bread with two types of jam, coffee, juice, and, if you wanted, cereal with milk. Everything you needed to start the day with energy! All the bathrooms in the house were very clean and smelled lovely, and the rooms were clean as well. In my room, we even had a little sink for...

"Excellent Services and Installations!…,great view at the 10th floor bar."
