Very central location and very quiet - I couldn't hear any traffic at all. It's in an old building so the water pipes were noisy but the bed was comfortable and a handy sink in the room made a big difference to the fact I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. There was a kettle and coffee/tea which was useful. The shower was just a dribble but it did the job!

It's definitely a good budget option to stay in central london. I wanted to be as close as possible to Saint Pancreas International and this was definitely it; also it was a pretty well trafficked road so it felt relatively safe. I would just recommend to not say the room number out loud at check-in just to be on the safe side since the rooms are not key cards but actual keys. The bathrooms and room was clean! it was maybe a bit warm but it there had just been an heat wave so I wouldn't fault the hotel for that. Overall a pretty good experience, but definitely bring ear plugs as the street is a bit loud!

Room had dirty black walls, bed matress caved in and that was not fixed during our stay (we asked many times) so we could not sleep well. Shared bathroom and toilet were occasionally dirty but that depends on other occupants, sadly some are just nasty. Room door had wide gap so all voices from hallway can be heard. The staff is friendly and helped us with keeping luggage before and after stay. And the location is excellent.

The manager was very nice and friendly check in was 2pm but we arrived early at 1pm and he allowed us to check in early. Shower was hot . Slept well Bed has only sheet and a blanket which was adequate for this time of year. There was some cleaning issues regarding shower plug hole and areas of dust , I spoke to the manager in the morning and he acknowledged these issues with his cleaner. This hotel is in a good location. , near to tube station and and adequate for a night to sleep.

We stayed for one night so we could catch first eurostar of the day (we're up north so straight through wasn't an option). If its one night and just a bed you need, its absolutely fine. Anything more and id book somewhere with more/better amenities. Room was clean but very simple. Shared bathrooms were clean(ish), but very dated/used looking. Lobby staff were fine, nothing special but not rude or abusive. Other patrons were quiet but it was a tuesday eveing so probably quiet anyways.
