"Very clean room and helpful staff when needed"

"Horrible place"

"Excellent location, only a couple of minutes from the station, Clean and tidy, very nice staff and great food, can't fault it..."

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"The description of the Nuffield Health facility as a spa is somewhat misleading - it’s a sports club with a pool used for (noisy) swimming lessons, there is nothing relaxing about it as there are just 3 “beds” to sit on around the pool, and members make an issue of anyone having left a towel on there for just a few minutes (rudely removing it and taking the bed for their own use)."

"Not cheap but worth it"

"The room was very nice. Check in was super easy with the code. I really appreciated being able to leave the car in the car park for a little longer. Helpful and friendly staff. Will likely stay again. Thanks very much."

"Clean Room and Great Beakfast"
