"Great stay! Good location - short walk down to the buses or metro. Lots of food options around. Rooms are small - tight but we only were there to change and sleep so it was perfect. Beds were comfortable - small when you’re coming from a King but did the job for the 4 nights we were there. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the subway at night and in the morning as we like to sleep with the window open. You could still hear it with the window closed but wasn’t too bad. Shower was incredible - great water pressure and the shower rain fall was perfect. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. It says there is no staff on hand but there was always someone at the desk. We felt the area was as safe and walkable at night. Our only complaint was that there was only 1 elevator as one was out of service. It made it difficult when staff were cleaning as they seemed to be using it constantly. The elevator is also very small and only good for 2-3 people. But most times we took the stairs anyways. we loved our stay and would highly recommend for the price we paid. Great fine!"

The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully well-equipped, and come with fantastic premium touches like a Dyson hairdryer, a garment steamer, high-quality linens, and complimentary coffee and water—truly everything you need for a flawless stay. I was initially a bit hesitant to book because the wave of perfect 10/10 reviews seemed almost too good to be true, but Imperial completely blew us away. From the exact moment we walked through the doors until the moment we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. It rained for most of our trip, and the hotel was so incredibly comfortable and inviting that we actually skipped some of our London sightseeing just to enjoy the room. It was the perfect cozy retreat, and we cannot recommend it enough!"
