"We stayed in a Junior Suite with breakfast included. Check in was slow as there was only one member of staff in the level check in area at 1500 hours which is the advertised check in time.
The room was large and as expected but was a little worn and we had no iron or ironing board which delayed us getting ready as had to wait for one being sent to the room.
There is very little noise proofing and can hear every noise in the corridor and neighbouring rooms. We heard a very loud water pipe when...
"Staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredible, something for everyone. Our room was clean but there was no dish soap or cloths to wash up in the kitchen. The room was spacious but dated with loose tiles in the bathroom, but really this didn’t affect our stay. There is laundry on the property which is a huge bonus. Location is amazing, close to underground and Regents park. Loved our stay!"
