"Check in time is 2:00. The room was cleaned but needed to be inspected. We had to wait about an hour just for the room to be inspected. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of people checking in, but I was told this was not unusual. Everyone was courteous and did a decent job, but there should be more employees scheduled during these heavy traffic times. "

Good price, very clean, all staff are friendly, the mattress is very comfortable. There are many bus routes and underground stations within 10mins walk. Definitely will consider next time for short stay again. "

Although small the rooms were clean, freshly decorated and well equipped. Staff are courteous and informative. Beds are comfortable. Room wasn’t too noisy. Would stay again. "

"Very nice place to stay. We had maid service every day, and they gave us a whole cleaning Mid week. The lift was broken one evening so we used the stairs, but it was fixed by the next day!"
