"Great stay, fabulous rooms and facilities, helpful staff, eye-wateringly expensive, but that’s England for you."

"Staff were very good, facilities in the room were good - the environment lovely with the WsterMill and the stream - good bed - good black out curtains - welcome water / enough tea for morning and evening - breakfast plentiful - but to tinned fruit - rather than fresh - not very inviting croissants - did not have cooked breakfast - we would stay again - pleasant modern design - welcoming staff!!!"

"We had a wonderful family stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms when we only needed one, and the staff were incredibly kind and happy to cancel one of the bookings and refund the payment, which we really appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and well presented, the swimming pool was excellent, and the facilities were fantastic.
