"The property is lovely, with views across the Sea and the Bridlington. The room we were in at the top was really cozy. It's situated right in the middle virtually next to the leisure centre.You will require your own towels. You may also need some 1 coins for the electric meter. Staying 2 nights we put 1 in to be safe and it never ran out. Don't forget to pre send your registration for the free parking.There is an arcade nearby for change.If you want loads of TV entertainment there are lots of DVds. You could take a fire stick if you wanted your own shows.All in all great value for money, a really well situated base."

"Fifteen of us stayed for a special birthday celebration weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was spotless. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach and there is a corner shop close by. We had a fabulous weekend and would highly recommend Kilburn house"
