"No a/c and it was super hot all day and night. They had kept a tiny fan and we couldn’t move it. For the money we paid we felt we were cheated. Building looks great and close to train station but inside the room it was not at all comfortable."

"From the beautiful location and balcony views to the free welcome drink. It was the perfect stay for my dogs and I, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my pups with beds, bowls, and snacks. I would 100% recommend this hotel and hope to return back some day."

"Very nice breakfast. The experience is very interesting with cows right under balcony of the chalet, lambs nearby, great views of the lake and mountains, hiking trail right there. Few restaurants within walking distance. We got free bus card to travel to both Wilderswil and Interlaken railway stations with easy reach to all attractions."

"Beautiful hotel by lake Brienz. Easy to find as it is along the road. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we had 1 more night to soak in the view. Its stunning view of lake Brienz. The hotel is equipped with all necessities you need for a short stay. I would highly recommend it to friends and family."
