"Very good value hotel. Staff were efficient and helpful. Great location in Sunset Park/Industrial City - excellent casual non-chain food/coffee establishments (e.g. Gravesend Pizza and Big John's Coffee) and shops. Our first floor room was surprisingly quiet and setting the fan on high created significant useful white noise. Room was clean and all appliances, including a micro-wave, functioned well. Only small drawback was that the hotel wifi does not work at the table outside for smoking."

The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with brand new shower and super white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The coffee and tea maker help me start my mornings with renew spirit and energy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Industry City for food and shopping. Also close are Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Museum. Melody Lanes's bowling alley and the Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm offer unique activities. "

"The Hotel was better than I expected. The room was extremely clean—especially the bathroom. The Shower was spotless. There were shelves for your feet and for additional amenities. That was a HUGE plus for me. The staff was very friendly. I arrived around 12:30 PM, earlier than my check-in time. I messaged the property via the Expedia app to request an earlier check-in. Although I didn't receive a response, I was able to check in early without any hassle. It was very quick. The complementary breakfast was very tasty. Checking out was very easy as I did it through the TV. I would definitely stay at this property again. "

"Ok the room is nice. Its generally clean but the soap and shampoo was empty is the dispenser. I didn't complain just went and bought my own soap and shampoo. The bathroom was clean but you can tell the bathroom showerr stall has seen a lot of action. It was wore down. I'm very happy with what I got for the price paid if you not paying $300/night prices you can't expect $300/night service."
