About this property

Regency Style Spacious Seaview Apartment. Sleeps up to 6

  • Our apartment was originally a grand regency building and was built in 1829 so has been proudly standing in Kemptown for nearly 200 years!

    The apartment is all on one level, the second floor (Top floor) of the building which comprises 4 apartments in total.

    One guest bedroom is immediately to your left upon entering the apartment. Turn right and you will enter the kitchen / breakfast bar area with views both ways along Chesham Road.

    Continue along the hallway corridor and the bathroom is first on the right, followed by a store cupboard where iron & board and other amenities can be found.

    At the end of the corridor is the main bedroom suite and straight on is the Living room. This is a large space, great for relaxing, dining and entertaining. It's 4 large windows provide lots of light and views of the sea.
