"Zunächst das Positive. Ich konnte sehr früh in der Unterkunft einchecken und mein Auto auf dem großzügigen Parkplatz neben dem Haus abstellen. Darum hatte ich die Unterkunft auch gebucht. Fast direkt vor dem Hotel fährt der Bus nach Brighton. Ein 24h-Ticket kostet 5,50£. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt. Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es am nächsten Morgen keine warme Küche gäbe. "Lovely staff, we’ve stayed before and always found this to be a great option for Brighton. Good location to everything going on and the seafront but a little quieter at night for families and easy parking. Clean rooms with good breakfast on offer"

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful without exception. The location is great and our room exceeded our expectations. The pool was out of use during our visit but that was no fault of the hotel staff. We loved Brighton and would stay here again."

"My stay at the Queens Hotel was generally very nice. The overall experience, cleanliness, and hospitality were pleasant, and it provided a comfortable base. However, my only real drawback was during the peak of the hot summer weather. When I kindly asked the front desk if they could help replace or provide a more effective fan for the room, they unfortunately didn't manage to help. The fan provided wasn't up to the job of keeping the room cool during the heatwave, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably. Aside from that one hiccup with room temperature control during hot weather, everything else was good. With a bit more attention to guest comfort during warm spells, this would easily be a 5-star stay."

"The room was very clean except for the armchair which is in need of a shampoo. Everything else was fine, plenty of tea, coffee etc. My only real concern was that on the morning of check out, someone, presumably a housekeeper, opened my door then left again. I found this worrying because it was well before check out time, I was in the shower and I was a woman alone and defenceless. I thought I had double locked the door but obviously it can still be opened by staff."
