"This hotel was not my first choice when booking, BUT i am so glad this is where we stayed. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful. The lobby was well laid out and very welcoming. The room was excellent. The area was great, it was on the outskirts of parramatta but easily walkable to shops and transport. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It will be a go to hotel for Parra for us and friends."

"Location and price was great for our purpose. Easy to walk to the train station and athletics centre. The rooms are small but that was fine for 1 night. The only issue we had was an unpleasant smell in the room possibly from drains?"

They were very helpful when I had to check out and check back in as my husband was in hospital and I didn’t know from day to day if he would be discharged. Particular mention to Liam and Jess although others were helpful too but I didn’t get there names. "
