"The property was clean and the staff and service were amazing. We kindly got an upgrade to our room with was a lovely surprise for our anniversary which truly set the stay to good start. They also fulfilled our special request for the room which was very kind of them also."

"Very happy stay centrally in Nottingham with wonderful massages with Clare. Would stay again. Parking with the 20% discount in the nearby car park was good though £8 a day adds up. The hotel staff were great, and the breakfast was very very good - recommend. The third chair-bed in our room - was not comfy - avoid but it saved us £450 over two rooms in 3 days, so worth that. "

"Clean room, great free parking and Wi-Fi. The staff member at reception was super friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room has cool facilities and the bar and lobby very cool - I had one problem as my room was outside a corridor door I heard it slamming throughout the night as guests walked past, also the walls were thin and I had a neighbour who I heard snore all night which kept me awake. "
