"The lobby looks great and modern. That's the only part of the hotel that is. I've stayed in Sandman hotels before and this one is very out-dated, not upto what I was expecting from Sandman. There was no mention of a room airconditioning unit which was very loud, in fact had to turn it off to sleep. Then was hot because of no air conditioning. "The condition of this Sandman hotel is not worth the $300+ a night stay. The room had Noisy AC, which blows directly into the head rest of the bed. The room we stayed had a balcony. The adjacent rooms, has direct full view of the balcony. I can literally watch them from their room's window. The indoor pool is within the building, the rising warm air from the pool heats up the entire interior of the building, making the interior hallway uncomfortable, warm and moist. "Excellent staff from check in to check out"

"$533 for a room and everything was broken (wall sconce, towel rack, AC, holes in the wall, sink was plugged), and housekeeping walked into my room while I was getting dressed. Overall probably the worst hotel I've been in for over $150. Won't stay again, owner needs to invest some of that $533 into the property instead of putting it in their pocket. Absolute dumpster fire I would be embarrassed to work there"

"The room was needed for a shower and a bed to sleep in.The room was in process of renovating the bathroom but was clean and functional well. The bed was clean and gave a good sleep. The staff was very helpful and polite."
