"The host cancelled our stay at the last minute with no explanation."

"Great communication with host, easy check in, clean, close to Euston Station."

"Great location, exactly as described. The staff was very responsive and helpful."

"We had an amazing stay, the place was perfect size and the location was right where we wanted to be. Shopping, restaurants, and all city activities."

"WE NEVER GOT TO CHECK I EVEN AFTER WE PAID FOR TWO DAYS STAY!! Book at your own risk.... This appears to be a scam. We got to the property indicated which was wrong. The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code. The property had two different names and postcode, although it was leading us to the same premises.THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE COMPLETELY REMOVED.**DO NOT...

"The flat was very centrally located in a vibrant street with lots of shops and restaurants. The Brunswick centre across the road has a Waitrose so shopping is convenient. The flat itself is clean and quite conpact but had everything we needed. As a basement it's a little on the dark side and there were a couple of minor irritations such as no bin bags provided and no dishtowel for drying dishes, plus in one bedroom the double bed was pressed against the wall so only one person in a couple can...

"Lovely neighborhood, terrific suggestions from the owner for restaurants and nearby activities. Apartment was comfortable and clean."

"We had more than enough room to relax and spread out. The flat was extremely clean, convenient to the Metro and good restaurants. We had a little noise outside on Saturday night, but overall a great place to stay."

"Great location. Easy to get to everything. Wish there were more towels provided, more toilet paper and more coffee. "

If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. The doors/walls/baseboards were all filthy & had clearly not been wiped down. If you like extreme cleanliness, this isn't the place for you. 3. The kitchen is stocked at an...

"Great location - clean and well appointed property. Easy check-in."

"Check in was smooth and easy. the place has nice aircon and decent views throughout the area. lots of shops local . Only thing is that it’s slightly different from the photos however i am pleased with my stay"

"Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated. The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that. The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...
