"They let us check in several hours early unexpectedly, which was such a nice surprise. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was a great variety and they were continually replenishing. Our only negative was that the pool seemed to have WAY too much chlorine. We could only stay a few minutes because our eyes and throats were burning. It was slightly better our 2nd night, but still pretty bad in the hot tub. My kids are older and we were mostly there for the mall so not a huge deal, but for smaller kids wanting lots of pool time this would be a bummer."

"We really like this hotel. Warm staff. Superbly decorated rooms. It took awhile for the hot water to get to the 12th floor, but this is more suggestion (to install a pump system) than a critique. In-and-out parking worked slick. We'll be back! PWM"
