"The loft we stayed in was lovely however has a large spiral staircase to the bedroom so if you struggle with stairs not for you or if you need the bathroom it’s downstairs!! Other thing was terrible views from windows. All car parks or rooftop. Otherwise a lovely stay. Staff were friendly helpful and very customer focused. I think lovely female staff member called Kelsie was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. She’s definitely a 5 star rating. Thank you for looking after us 🙏 Close to everything "

"Loved our stay here! Very clean and modern hotel. Great location for access to the convention centre and other locations in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and attentive,.going out of their way to answer any questions we had. The free breakfast was amazing with so many choices available. Enjoyed the bar area that had some great prices for happy hour. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"Had a great two night stay here, loved the accommodation and was perfect walking distance to all the shops and eateries. Unfortunately our stay was only let down by the male working behind the bar. I’m not sure if it was just us he has a problem with or just people in general, all the females were lovely, he however took a disliking to us from the beginning. Apart from this, I cannot fault our stay at all! "
