"This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Very spacious. Kitchen was amazingly large- we had 4 people cooking and didn’t get in each other’s way. Lots of very useful kitchen tools. Fresh coffee and filters. Front porch with many chairs and a gorgeous view. We used the hot tub Twice. Nice to have dedicated towels right near the hot tub. Rules were clearly identified so we could honor the wishes of the owner (who was easy to communicate with and met us at the house to explain everything)....

The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly want or need and did not skimp on anything. They were also a pleasure to work with and extremely attentive with questions. The house is perfect for a larger group of adults traveling together and everything is very comfortable and stylish. Very well thought out...

"We had a wonderful and all-too-brief stay in Dryden visiting with family during the 4th of July weekend. Situated in 'downtown' Dryden, the house provided easy access to the Dryden Rail Trail for dog-walks and quick trips for conveniences while also being a short drive to Freeville and Ithaca for family events. Stylish but comfortable, and with a few key amenities already prepared by hosts to enable visitors to have a stress-free visit, we definitely felt welcomed on our stay."

"My husband and I had the best time. The house was gorgeous. The view from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom was magnificent. Although the weather didn’t permit us to use the lake, we loved that it was available to use if needed. It’s super quiet and off the beaten path. The house has some very cool gadgets like a panting AC and gas fireplaces. We would definitely go back."

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"The house is terrific place to unwind. The inside is nicely decorated, has plenty of space, and the amenities very well thought out. The outside dining table and the fire pit area, overlooking the valley, were spectacular and our favorite places to hang out. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Oh my goodness! This house!! As soon as you walk in your soak up the beauty of this home. Everything was spic and span. The living room and dining room were the perfect place to visit and play cards. The kitchen had everything you needed...even an electric tea kettle! The beds were very comfortable. We had a neighborhood kitty visit us in the morning while enjoying coffee on the back porch. Very convenient to shopping, cafes and all those beautiful waterfalls. We've stayed in quite a few...
