Feel-good house in Port Greve, with a beautiful garden and lots of privacy

Quiet location on the edge of the park
ENCLOSED GARDEN with lots of privacy: Covered terrace with dining table, chairs and covered cozy seating area, sun loungers, rocking chair, outdoor grill, herb garden (may be used by our guests) and a small fountain
INTERIOR:
- Well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and combined oven / microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle.
- Modern shower room with walk-in shower
- 2 bedrooms (1x double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames with access to the balcony, 1 x 2 single beds)
- Living room: Large cozy corner couch, flat screen TV with satellite and cable connection, DVD and CD player, numerous novels, board games
Storage room: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron,
FOR THE LITTLE: Upstairs, high chair, cot (up to 3 years), beach toys, children's books, various toys, puzzles
The house is located in the middle of a holiday park with all amenities such as a shopping center, restaurant, covered swimming pool with separate pool for the little ones, slide in the large pool and with a large outdoor slide, playgrounds, bike rental etc., tennis courts, basketball court, bocce court, mini golf, children's activities. The house is only 500m from Grevelingen beach. Up to the 21 km long North Sea beach it is approx. 6 km.
Ideal for a relaxed and varied or active vacation for families and water sports enthusiasts.

Sunny Zeeland: Schouwen-Duiveland is the northernmost part of Zeeland and is known for the length (21 km in total) and cleanliness of the beaches. Statistics have also shown that this area has the most hours of sunshine a year. The stands on Schouwen-Duiveland have been given the 'blue flag' for years. This award is only given if there are certain requirements for water quality, cleanliness and safety. The Grevelingenmeer is also very popular with surfers, divers and also suitable for other water sports. This was created by the Grevelingen and Brouwers dams.

Interesting: Various picturesque and historical towns are worth highlighting here: Zierikzee, Renesse, Brouwershaven etc.
to visit: the Vordelta (where man meets nature), Neeltje Jans (exhibition with lots of information about the 'Delta' conservation project, also very interesting for children), the Delta Works.
Large forest and dune area, which is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding.
The coastline is divided into different beach sections: family beaches (beach pavilion and surveillance by the rescue brigade in season) / water and sports beaches on Brouwersdam (extreme sports buggy kiting, stunt kite climbing) / families / water and sports beaches (a mixture of both) / natural beaches (recreation and calm, nude bathing is allowed in different areas).

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten sehr angenehme und entspannte Pfingstferien und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem sauberen und komplett ausgestattenen Ferienhaus. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Natur genossen und der abgesicherte Garten erlaubt es auch die kleineren Kinder unbeschwert herumtollen zu lassen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zumVerwalter war auch schnell und völlig problemlos. Wir können das Haus somitr uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne mal selbst wieder.

Wir waren sehr angetan von diesem Haus. Modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Der Wintergarten war phänomenal! Durch ihn wurde das Haus erst zu einem richtigen Wohlfühlort. Selbst die Tatsache, dass ich mit über 70 Jahren in einem Bett für Kinder schlafen musste, schmälerte unseren Aufenthalt in keinster Weise. Würde hier jederzeit wieder loggieren.

Hervorragend
Wir (Ehepaar 69 und 70 Jahre) haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, der große Wintergarten ist ein riesiges Plus, die Lage direkt am Kanal und der Blick vom oberen Balkon ebenso. Uns fehlte wirklich an nichts. Der Ort ist eine gute Ausgangslage für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren. Durch den persönlichen Check-in (inklusive einer Flasche Wein) fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen geheißen. Diese Adresse kommt auf unsere Merkliste.

Gemütliches Haus in Ferienpark
Wir hatten ein schöne Zeit in Port Greve. Tolle Infrastruktur durch die Lage in einem Ferienpark, strandnah (kleiner Strand), schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Besonders der Wintergarten am Haus ist bei wechselhaftem Wetter sehr vorteilhaft.

Sehr schöner Park mit einem traumhaften Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht notwendig weil man sich meistens im super Wintergarten aufgehalten hat. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus m
Das Haus war super. Vor allem der Wintergarten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche hatte alles notwendige zum Kochen. Der Garten war sehr schön und auch ein Grill war vorhanden. Man konnte die Fahrräder problemlos im Garten abstellen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber es gab alles notwendige in näherer Umgebung.

Ein toller Urlaub von der ersten Minute an
Wir haben 2 super tolle Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Bereits der freundliche Empfang durch den Verwalter mit tollen Tipps und der Begrüßungsgruss durch den Vermieter hat uns von dem ersten Moment an super in den Urlaub starten lassen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Und Dank des neuen Wintergartens konnten wir viele schöne Momente samt unserer Spielabende quasi nach draußen verlegen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und so haben wir uns wie in einem zweiten Zuhause gefühlt.

Urlaub wie erhofft!
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (2,4) in der Wohnung und haben genau das gefunden was wir erhofft haben. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und mit den Personen vor Ort war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns umsorgt. Besonders positiv ist die Verdunkelung der Schlafzimmer. Kinderzimmer müssen richtig dunkel sein damit nicht morgens um 5Uhr die Nacht beendet ist…

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Mit kleinen Kindern kann man viel in der Gegend unternehmen und die Spielplätze im Park sind auch super.
