I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Once of the best I have stayed in! It is close to everything important, all walkable- attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation. The room was large and very clean and comfortable! The history of the hotel is so neat too, Million was truly wonderful and he took us on a tour and showed us some historical areas near by, it was the best, he is really awesome! Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere. The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym. The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street. Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired.
