"Agosto and Lucia were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They give us great advice on what to see, restaurants to visit and where to park. The hotel itself is beautiful. It's clean and has such a European charm. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel itself was fine and the rooms were nice however we booked 3 rooms and some had a kettle and water in and others didn’t. Parking which was said is available is only for 5 cars which you have to book in advance. 5 cars for over 50 bedrooms. Needless to say parking was an issue. Night staff was fantastic as well as some of the day staff however one of the older guys during the day was not exactly a friendly guest oriented person. All in all the hotel and most of the staff were great and the location was excellent."
