"We requested an upgrade to a delux double room, we also requested to have well done bacon and this was granted for breakfast as the ones provided were not as we would have liked. Staff were very very helpful staff, spa staff lovely and helpful. Reception staff lovely, first impression great. Bar staff great. Evening meal lovely food and staff great, this is the second time we've stayed at the Imperial, I do recommend it and would stay again. They are refurbishing the hotel so some areas done and and a lot more to do as a very large hotel, pool is lovely, steam and jacuzzi amazing. So yes all amazing. All good. Nice place to stay."

"We were on a job in buckfastleigh staying 2 nights ,basic accommodation but that's all we needed, parking after 6pm in car park behind pub / hotel, clean towels room, £4.60 pint of Guinness, chip shop opposite which we could eat in pub ,dartboard and pool table, wood stay again"
