Convenient location in a busy district, but the apartment was pretty quiet. The place was spacious and had lots of light. Great communication, very friendly staff and most of all, very pet friendly. There were no unnecessary restrictions for pets which made my stay very easy. Thank you!

Comfortable Apartment

Finding the apartment was not very easy, it took us several minutes to finally get to our apartment. The app that operates the reservation and the locking of the door did not function perfectly: sometimes we had to wait a while for the lock to open. The apartment itself was okay, not luxurious but comfortable enough to have a nice stay, although the street noice did disturb the sleep somewhat. Location was pretty good: a short distance to restaurants, stores and metro.

Andrea was charming and very helpful. The location is perfect in a central and safe area. We got an apartment on the first floor with a small garden/balcony. The safe didn't work so Andrea gave us a key to use the safe. I am sorry that we didn't have the chance to use the swimming pool.

Fabulous apartment in a block I have stayed many times before but with Comfort Apartments. However the attention to detail was far better than previous similar apartments though other agent. The main one being far superior pillows and a facility to choose others if required and an amazing all on phone check in including opening your apartment door with your phone. Fabulous as long as you don’t run out of battery but I’m sure there will be an easy back up. Will certainly recommend Town Hall booking over Comfort for similar apartments in this great location.
