"This hotel was booked very last minute, after looking at videos on tik tok! & boy am I happy that this was our choice. When arriving, you have to take the elevator to the next level to reach the lobby. Very welcoming! Staff was friendly. We also received a complementary room upgrade to the city room. Such a nice room which was located on the 18th floor. Chicago was beautiful overall! I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Not a negative thing to say. As a former room attendant, I'm not normally impressed by a hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was personable and helpful. The location is definitely in walking distance from the Magnificient Mile. The price was super reasonable for a last minute booking. The Whitehall Hotel has my highest praise. Definitely would book a stay here in a heart in the future!!"
