It's in a heavily populated area of a major US city - you're going to hear noises from outside at night, so just know that going into it(I've seen people complaining about it in reviews). I never felt unsafe walking around the area and there were people all around at basically all hours. I'd definitely stay again."

"Hotel staff were super nice. The complimentary breakfast was actually really good (even though they stopped putting out bacon after our first day). We had a clog in our sink when we arrived the first day and maintenance was up quickly to fix it. They even planned the repair for when we wouldn’t be in the room. The hotel was very clean. Only complaint was that the elevators were so slow. "
