"I was not aware an airport shuttle was available at this hotel. Despite my room being nicely oresented and clean my stay was poor because, having an early flight the next morning I needed to sleep but as the sound proofing was non existent the guests simply walking in the room above me prevented me from sleeping...the noise was unbearable, I did not sleep at all and the bed was so hard I was forced to wrap the thin duvet around me for some comfort. There was no temperature control to the room either and I felt cold. All in all I wished I had not bothered to book my stay. I could not voice my concerns on the day because Reception is closed at 9pm"

Had to pay £50/night for my dog to accompany me when I booked the hotel specifically because it was advertised as dog-friendly. The dinner was poor quality, bread stale, and not worth the price charged."
